VSOP VIEUX MARQUIS. Aged 10 yrs. – dark
gold yellow and thanks to it’s maturity and it’s strength,
this elegant VSOP finds its perfect equilibrium. Nevertheless,
one of the characteristics
of this “eau-de-vie” remains its sweetness.
This VSOP distinguishes itself by the refined bouquet of figue,
vanilla and
orange aromas. |

XO DE MONSIEUR LE COMTE. Aged 25 yrs. – Amber
with eylet notes, violet and spices. This XO was aged in “russet-red” oak
barrels.
Consequently, it offeres a bouquet full of nuances: a smooth
and intense mix of balsamic and spices notes. In France
we call it rancio, typical of old Cognac Grande Champagne. |
